Lots of opportunities to come out and learn about our local birds on the bird count that happens every month and the special annual Christmas Bird Count (CBC). Please see the following link for information on the next bird count, and previous month results. Winter months are a great time to observe the migrating birds that come through the estuary. Bring some binoculars if you have them and some warm clothes, experienced birders are eager to share their knowledge with new volunteers with keen eyes!
