Report: Invasive Species Removal and Clean-up, April 26, 2019

On April 26, SES undertook a joint project with Coast Mountain Academy and the Sea to Sky Invasive Species Council. We were removing English ivy which is invading the floodplain forest and while we were at it we cleared away garbage.  At the end of our day, Carl’s truck was filled to overflowing, covered with a tarp (to prevent runaway ivy), and tied down well.

Kudos to the awesome, energetic and enthusiastic grade 8 and 9 students from Coast Mountain Academy.
